Some of the best credit card offers are also the hardest to get. Card issuers often roll out blink-and-you’ll-miss-it deals that offer hundreds or even thousands of dollars in rewards value — especially for new cardholders.

Our regular roundup of limited-time offers can help you ensure you never miss the best deals — whether you’re looking to earn a bigger welcome bonus, score better perks for travel, or further maximize the money you spend on everyday essentials.

These are all the top offers to know before you open a new credit card this May:

Delta SkyMiles® Reserve American Express Card and Delta SkyMiles® Reserve Business American Express Card members can opt for a limited-edition card design from Delta and American Express.

The design features an image and flight details for one of two Delta Boeing 747 planes that flew for over 27 years and were retired in 2017. The cards are even partially made using metal from the two planes. This limited-edition card design is available for both new and existing cardholders through June 5, 2024.

If you opt for the Delta Boeing card design, you’ll get all regular features of the Delta SkyMiles Reserve, which was revamped earlier this year. As the most premium of Delta’s co-branded cards with Amex, this card has plenty of perks for Delta frequent fliers, including an annual companion certificate, airport lounge access, annual credits, savings on award bookings, and many more.

If you’re a dedicated online grocery shopper, the Instacart Mastercard® could offer a lot of savings on your weekly haul. You can maximize your Instacart purchases even more with the highest welcome offer available for the Instacart Mastercard today: an automatic $100 Instacart credit and a free year of Instacart+ membership.

This no-annual-fee cash-back credit card earns 5% cash back on purchases through the Instacart app and Instacart.com, plus:

  • 5% on travel through Chase Travel

  • 2% at restaurants, gas stations, and on select streaming services

  • 1% on all other purchases

Perks of the complimentary Instacart+ membership include unlimited free delivery on orders over $35, lower service fees, and other member-only savings. Members save an average of $7 per order, according to Instacart. After your free year, membership auto-renews. The current membership price is $99 per year or $9.99 per month, which Instacart says will pay for itself in benefits if you order at least twice per month.

Adding to a year filled with great co-branded travel card welcome bonuses, this limited-time offer could help you save big on upcoming international travel with three European airlines.

When you open an Aer Lingus Visa Signature® Card, British Airways Visa Signature® Card, or Iberia Visa Signature® Card today, you can earn 85,000 Avios after spending $5,000 within the first three months. That’s 10,000 Avios (like other airlines’ points and miles, Avios are your rewards currency) more than the cards previously offered: 75,000 Avios after spending the same $5,000 within three months.

Each of these Avios-earning cards has a $95 annual fee and earns 3x Avios per dollar spent with any of the three airlines — along with bonus points in select everyday and travel categories. Depending on which card you choose, you’ll also get airline-specific discounts, credits, and more depending on which card you choose depending on which card you choose.

Avios are automatically deposited into the loyalty program account associated with your card: Aer Lingus AerClub, British Airways Executive Club, or Iberia Plus. You can use your rewards toward reward flights with the airline and its partners, flight upgrades, hotel and car rental reservations, and more.
