Create-A-Space opens in Southport Crossing Way
Create-A-Space recently opened in Southport Crossing Way.
The Southport-Oak Island Area Chamber of Commerce recently held a grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony for Create-A-Space, located at 5021 Southport Crossing Way #312 in Southport.
Create-A-Space is not only an indoor play space for children, but has art, imaginative, and sensory play areas. Stay and play with your children or drop off your potty-trained children for up to two hours. The store also offers classes for all ages, parents’ nights out every weekend, camps and rental space for special events.
Club Noire Nail Bar
Club Noire Nail Bar opens in Riverlights’ Marina Village.
Club Noire Nail Bar recently opened in Riverlights’ Marina Village. The concierge nail salon offers a full menu of manicure, pedicure and waxing services. The salon, located at 109 Pier Master Pointe, Wilmington is open 10 a.m.-7 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday; 9 a.m.-7 p.m. Fridays; and 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Saturdays.
Drew Collier, owner of Club Noire, is also a resident of Riverlights.

Oak Island Drive, Oak Island, is an HVAC/R supply house selling HVAC/R supplies and materials to individuals and professionals.
The Healing Place of New Hanover County
The Healing Place of New Hanover County, is a local recovery nonprofit modeled after nationally-recognized addiction program.
The Healing Place of New Hanover County celebrated its grand opening with an open house and tour of the campus in May.
The Healing Place of New Hanover County is located on Medical Center Drive. It is the only peer-run, long-term, substance use residential program in southeastern North Carolina and is modeled after a nationally recognized social model recovery program in Louisville, Kentucky, known as The Healing Place.
Individuals receive treatment at no cost, regardless of insurance. The nonprofit works with Trillium Health Resources. The program offers an overnight emergency shelter, withdrawal management, and a long-term, 12-step based residential peer-run recovery program.

Novant Health Brunswick Medical Center's state-of-the-art medical office building.
Novant Health Brunswick Medical Center opened a new 34,000-square-foot medical office building at 257 Hospital Drive in Bolivia.
The state-of-the-art two-story building is filled with modern amenities, including a covered patient drop-off area, drive-thru services, an outdoor porch, and ample surface parking accommodating approximately 250 vehicles.
The medical facility houses a distinguished roster of practices, including Oceanside Family Medicine, Novant Health Cardiac Rehab, Novant Health Urology, Cape Fear Heart Associates, Novant Health Surgical and Plastics, and Outpatient Infusion.
Coldwell Banker Commercial Sun Coast Partners reported that the Waterford Business Center, located at 59 Waterford Business Center Way, is now fully leased.
