Composition of Silmäasema`s Shareholders` Nomination Board

Silmäasema`s Shareholders` Nomination Board consists of the representatives nominated by Silmäasema`s three largest shareholders and in addition the Chairman of the Board of Directors. The shareholders with the right to nominate members representing shareholders to the Nomination Board are those three shareholders having the largest share of votes represented by all the shares in Silmäasema on the first workday of September preceding the Annual General Meeting based on the shareholder`s register held by Euroclear Finland Ltd.

According to this, the following members have been nominated to Silmäasema`s Nomination Board:

• Juhana Kallio, Intera Partners

• Patrick Lapveteläinen, Mandatum Life Insurance Company Limited

• Timo Sallinen, Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company

• Juha Saarinen, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Silmäasema Oyj

The Nomination Board shall elect amongst its members the Chairman.

The Nomination Board prepares to the Annual General Meeting proposals on the election and remuneration of the Board of Directors. The Nomination Board will forward its proposals to the Board of Directors of the Company by 31 January 2018.
