Bruce McNew and Kerry Porter joined Cooch and Taylor's downtown Wilmington and Greenville offices, respectively.

McNew's practice focuses on litigation representing the rights of investors and on other complex commercial disputes in state and federal courts nationwide, including in the Delaware Court of Chancery. He represents plaintiffs in class actions and derivative suits and plaintiffs in other complex litigations in the areas of securities law, environmental law, insurance law and labor law.

Porter joined the firm's trusts and estates group. Porter's practice is focused on fiduciary and corporate litigation with a primary focus on Delaware trust and estate law.
