Elliott Greenleaf director and shareholder Rafael X. Zahralddin was appointed as a co-chair for the Delaware State Bar Association's international law section along with Kaan Ekiner of Whiteford Taylor Preston.
Zahralddin was previously the vice chair for the international law section in 2016-17. Prior to that, he served on the DSBA nominating committee in 2011-13. He served as the chair for the multicultural judges and lawyers section in 2008-09 and was also the vice chair for that section in 2007-08.
At Elliott Greenleaf, Zahralddin is the chair of the firm's national commercial bankruptcy and restructuring practice and a founding shareholder of the Delaware office.
Zahralddin is a business lawyer who concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, bankruptcy and creditors' rights, entity formation and international and comparative law.
