The Indian Hotels Company (IHCL)'s homestay facility Amã Stays & Trails has expanded its portfolio with the opening of Kuteeram in Bengaluru, India.
The new addition features nine cottage villas and is set amid seven acres, offering guests a blend of rustic elegance and modern comforts.
Kuteeram's architecture draws from traditional rural aesthetics, combining stone, brick, and lime with glass windows.
Each cottage features a deck with views of the surrounding landscape, providing a serene retreat in the city.
Dining at Kuteeram celebrates the region's culinary heritage in a communal setting. Guests can enjoy local dishes, including crispy masala dosas and Mangalore fish curry, complemented by sweet treats such as Mysore pak.
The homestay also offers wellness facilities, including a spa for holistic treatments and a meditation hall for peaceful reflection.
Nature walks, birdwatching and visits to nearby Hesaraghatta Lake provide opportunities to connect with the environment.
amã Stays & Trails boasts over 300 bungalows across India, with 169 more under development.
Last month, IHCL broadened its presence in Gujarat by inking a deal to bring Palitana Palace into the Taj Hotels portfolio.
The hospitality company has announced that Palitana Palace will feature 65 rooms and suites, following a comprehensive restoration.
