Tata Group subsidiary Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has signed an agreement with construction company Abhijit Realtors and Infraventures to open the Gateway Pench resort in Madhya Pradesh.
Spanning over ten acres, the 105-key Gateway Pench resort will feature a range of amenities, including a bar, fitness centre, meeting venues, spa, and swimming pool.
IHCL real estate and development executive vice-president Suma Venkatesh said: “As one of the country’s key national parks, Pench is seeing increasing demand for quality hospitality services.
“This signing is in line with our strategy of expanding in high-potential tourism corridors.”
With this addition of Pench resort, located in Madhya Pradesh's Seoni district, IHCL's portfolio will have a total of 15 hotels in the state, including six properties currently in the development phase.
