JAKARTA, July 17 (Reuters) - Indonesia's palm and palm
kernel oil exports rose 49 percent in May from the same month a
year earlier, the Palm Oil Association (GAPKI) said in a
statement on Monday.
Indonesia exported 2.62 million tonnes of palm and palm
kernel oils in May, up from 1.76 million tonnes in May 2016.
Shipments were up 2 percent compared with April.
Indonesia's palm oil stocks at the end of May were at
621,000 tonnes, the association said, down from 888,000 tonnes
in April.
