Instagram is already attracting the kids. Now it's become the hip place for businesses too. Meanwhile, the number of companies that are advertising on Facebook's photo-sharing service has doubled in just six months.
Individual Instagram users are taking advantage of businesses' adoption of the service. They're increasingly using Instagram to connect with their favorite brands, offer feedback on products, and, of course, complain. Indeed, 80% of Instagram users voluntarily connect with business accounts, Marne Levine, Instagram's chief operating officer, said recently.
