JinXinghui was a New York-based foreign legal consultant at Kobre & Kim, advising on cross-border dispute resolution and investigations. A native Korean speaker, Jin practiced with Korean law firm Kim & Chang for seven years in Seoul; while at Kim & Chang, Jin worked on mergers and acquisitions and advised Korean clients on investing, operating and restructuring assets in China. He started his career with legacy King & Wood in Beijing. In November, The Asian Lawyer reported that litigation heavyweight Liu Honghuan had left JunHe and would join Baker McKenzie's Chinese associate firm FenXun Partners. Meanwhile, U.S. litigation specialist Kobre & Kim recently launched a mainland Chinese office in Shanghai focusing on conflict-free litigation and government enforcement work. Kobre & Kim does not practice Chinese law.
