Lawyer Joins Litigation Dept. at Obermayer Rebmann
Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel added Kellie M. Garson to the firm's litigation department. She will be in charge of the firm's Delaware office.
Garson concentrates her practice in general business and commercial litigation. She has experience in a wide range of business litigation matters in state and federal courts.
She represents clients in the technology, manufacturing, financial services, real estate and insurance industries, among others. Garson's practice also includes representing public and private clients in connection with civil rights litigation.
She has also spent time abroad in London, where she worked as a parliamentary intern for the British House of Commons, the British Parliament.
