Hospitality chain Lemon Tree Hotels has signed two new properties in the Indian state of West Bengal.
These establishments, located in Darjeeling and Siliguri, will be managed by Lemon Tree Hotels’ fully owned subsidiary Carnation Hotels.
Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels in Darjeeling is slated to begin operations in fiscal year 2026. It will offer 65 guest rooms, dining options, a meeting room, and various recreational facilities.
Located approximately 70km from Bagdogra Airport and 2.5km from Darjeeling Railway Station, the hotel offers access to the region's transportation network.
Known as the "Queen of the Hills," Darjeeling is a hill station celebrated for its colonial charm, views of the Himalayas, and the Darjeeling tea.
Lemon Tree Hotels managed and franchise business CEO Vilas Pawar said: “We are excited to extend our footprint in West Bengal.
“This new property will enhance our strategic growth in the state complementing our portfolio of two existing hotels and two upcoming properties.”
In addition, Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels in Siliguri is set to open its doors in fiscal year 2029.
The property will offer 63 rooms, a restaurant, banquet facilities, and additional guest amenities.
Situated 18km from Bagdogra Airport and 3km from Siliguri Railway Station, the hotel is poised to serve as a gateway to the Northeast.
Siliguri is a city situated at the Himalayan foothills. It is known for its location near tea gardens and hill stations such as Kalimpong and Gangtok, as well as the Mahananda Wildlife Sanctuary.

Lemon Tree Hotels maintains an extensive collection of hospitality properties, totalling more than 210 establishments.
