India-based hospitality chain Lemon Tree Hotels has revealed the signing of its new establishment in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
Expected to begin operations in the fiscal year 2027, the property will be managed by the company's wholly owned subsidiary Carnation Hotels.
The upcoming Lemon Tree Hotel in Jaipur will offer 66 rooms and various amenities, including a restaurant, banquet, meeting room, swimming pool, and fitness centre.
Often referred to as the "Pink City", Jaipur is known for its history and cultural heritage, with attractions such as Hawa Mahal, City Palace, and Amber Fort.
Lemon Tree Hotels managed and franchise business CEO Vilas Pawar said: “We are thrilled to expand our presence in Rajasthan, complementing our portfolio of ten existing hotels and six upcoming properties.”
The property is strategically located near Jaipur International Airport, approximately 500m away, and 12km from Jaipur Junction Railway Station.
Lemon Tree Hotels operates across various segments, including upscale, upper-midscale, midscale, and economy, through seven distinct brands such as Aurika Hotels & Resorts and Lemon Tree Hotels.
With a current portfolio exceeding 210 hotels, including over 110 operational hotels and more than 100 in the pipeline, Lemon Tree Hotels has a presence in India's major metro regions and Tier I, II, and III cities, as well as international locations such as Dubai, Bhutan, and Nepal.
The group's expansion continues with the recent announcement of another venture in Shirdi, Maharashtra, India, also to be managed by Carnation Hotels, with operations set to start in the financial year 2028.
Last year, Lemon Tree Hotels signed a 68-key property, Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels, Urban Suites, in Udaipur, Rajasthan.
