Romer Debbas has announced that Hugh P. Finnegan recently joined the firm as a partner and co-manager of the firm's commercial real estate department. He was a partner at Sullivan & Worcester prior to joining.

Cullen and Dykman has added Christopher Buckey as a partner in its litigation department. He was formerly at Whiteman Osterman & Hanna where he was co-chair of that firm's litigation, arbitration and mediation practice group.

Tully Rinckey is pleased to announce that Kevin J. Shehan has joined the firm as a senior counsel. He was formerly at Klein, Zelman, Rothermel, Jacobs & Schess.
