Nov. 16—RJL Solutions recently welcomed Jonathan Blake to its Indianapolis office. In his role as Senior Director of Planning, he will lead the RJL division specializing in community planning, needs assessments, feasibility studies, strategic planning and grants development.
Blake is an urban planning professional with twenty years of experience in senior project management, operations and executive-level leadership for municipal governments, RJL said in a press release. Prior to joining RJL Solutions in October 2023, he served as a planner in the Indianapolis market for V3 Companies and was the administration and planning director for Carmel Clay Parks and Recreation as well as the assistant director of Parks and Recreation for the Town of Brownsburg.

This strategic hire by RJL Solutions is meant to add to the company's short-and-long-term growth strategies, including helping businesses of all sizes, associations, local governments and non-profit organizations across the state of Indiana.
