The company sells its products through Skechers-branded stores operated by third-party franchisees and licensees, family shoe stores, specialty athletic and sporting goods retailers, department stores and big box club stores, and distributors, as well as company-owned Skechers-branded stores and e-commerce sites, third-party marketplaces, and digital platforms. It licenses various Skechers-branded products, including apparel and accessories. The company distributes footwear through a network of distributors and licensees, who sell its products to department, athletic and specialty, and digital stores, as well as in Skechers-branded retail stores. Skechers U.S.A., Inc. was incorporated in 1992 and is headquartered in Manhattan Beach, California.
