It Now ISE Index Fund is an exchange traded fund launched and managed by Banco Itaucard S.A. It is managed by Itau Unibanco S.A. The fund invests in the public equity markets of Brazil. It takes long positions and invests directly and also through future contracts in the stocks of companies operating across diversified sectors. The fund invests in the stocks of companies across all market capitalizations. It invests in the stocks of companies that are highly committed to social responsibility and corporate sustainability, and also to promote good practices in the corporate environment. The fund seeks to replicate the performance of the BM&FBOVESPA Corporate Sustainability Index, by investing in the stocks of companies as per their weightings in the index. It Now ISE Index Fund was formed on October 31, 2011 and is domiciled in Brazil.
