Increasing delays at U.S. airports amid shutdown staff shortage

The Federal Aviation Administration halted flights heading into New York‘s Laguardia airport amid an air traffic controller staff shortage. Flights were also reportedly delayed in Newark, Philadelphia, Washington D.C., and Jacksonville.
