Robinhood stock is poised to close at an all-time high today, with investors cheering news of an acquisition that expands the company’s crypto business. The brokerage announced Monday after the close that it had completed its previously announced acquisition of the crypto exchange Bitstamp. The deal allows Robinhood to serve institutional crypto clients and expands its crypto offerings internationally, the company said.
