("AV") (NASDAQ: AVAV) announced today the successful completion of the transaction between AeroVironment, Inc. and BlueHalo, LLC ("BlueHalo"), advancing its position as a global defense technology leader with integrated capabilities across air, land, sea, space, and cyber.
