Marcelo Rabach to Remain a member of the Board of Directors

MONTEVIDEO, Uruguay, June 06, 2025--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Arcos Dorados Holdings Inc. (NYSE: ARCO) ("Arcos Dorados" or the "Company"), Latin America’s largest restaurant chain and the world’s largest independent McDonald’s franchisee, today announced its Board of Directors has appointed Luis Raganato as Arcos Dorados’ new Chief Executive Officer, effective July 1, 2025. Mr. Raganato succeeds Marcelo Rabach, who decided to step down from the CEO position but will remain a member of the Company’s Board of Directors.
