Argyle Announces Private Placement Offering

Calgary, Alberta--(Newsfile Corp. - January 20, 2025) - Argyle Resources Corp. (CSE: ARGL) (OTCQB: ARLYF) (FSE: ME0) ("Argyle" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it intends to complete a non-brokered private placement (the "Private Placement") offering of units (each a "Unit") at a price of $0.42 per Unit, for gross proceeds of approximately $1,000,000. Each Unit will consist of one common share ("Common Share") and one Common Share purchase warrant ("Warrant"), with each Warrant entitling the holder to purchase one Common Share at a price of $0.53 for a period of 24 months.
