(CSE: BBT) ("Benchmark" or the "Company") announces the resignation of Mr. Johnson Ping Zhang as a director of the company effective November 21, 2019 due to a health issue. The board would like to thank Johnson for his service to the Company and wishes him well in his future endeavors.

As part of its expansion strategy the company is working with a partner to build a second facility, a 4-acre Greenhouse Operation in Pitt Meadows, BC.
