Tony Najjar: Thank you, Scott. Good morning everyone and thank you for joining us to discuss our fourth quarter and full year 2022 financial results. Before we review our results, I want to thank our teams across the globe for their continued focus on execution and for delivering very strong Q4 and full year 2022 results despite an overall challenging macroeconomic environment. Since our Q3 earnings call, I have spent much of my time with our teams and customers, including having the opportunity to meet with our industrial valve sales team and customers, at Valve World in Dusseldorf, Germany in late November. More recently, I had the opportunity to engage with some of our key defense customers at the Middle East Defense Expo in Abu Dhabi.
