ALLENDALE — Countryside Greenhouse, one of West Michigan's largest greenhouses, opened for the season Monday, April 18. The greenhouse is often a destination stop for gardening lovers and visitors as the weather warms.
Inside, shoppers will find thousands of colorful blooms in perennials and annuals, plus dozens of seed varieties, birdhouses, pots, succulents and gardening tools.
Can't fit all your purchases in your car? Countryside offers next-day delivery within 100 miles of its location for $79, plus $1 per mile for deliveries that exceed the radius. That cost has increased substantially given a shortage of drivers and rising fuel costs, according to the business' website.
For the month of April, the greenhouse is open 8 a.m.-6 p.m. Mondays-Saturdays at 9050 Lake Michigan Drive in Allendale. Learn more at countrysidegreenhouse.com.
