Experience Havana at Dream Nashville’s new Cuban-inspired pop-up bar

Dream Nashville’s Parlour Bar at Printer's Alley kicked off the new season with its latest pop-up: Havana. The Cuban-inspired concept bar opened to the public on April 1, and it is currently welcoming guests.

Last spring, Dream introduced the popular Bloom Bar which was fittingly based around the theme of florals.

This spring, Dream is going all out by ensuring the setting and the menu are related to its Havana theme in every aspect.

“With the success of Bloom Bar last year, we wanted to take our Parlour Bar to a different location this season," Director of Operations Shane Batchelor said. "The Havana Cocktail Bar is the perfect place for people to 'get away' and have a unique Nashville experience.”

Cuban coffee with crème de banana, cold brew, coconut foam, Bacardi 8 and Santa Theresa 1796 is available on the drink menu for a refreshing fix. ¿Que Bola? Is also a tempting option, made with falernum, prickly pear, Bacardi coconut, Bacardi spiced rum and Havana Club Anejo Classico.

The cheese, pork belly, pickles, shaved ham and yellow mustard-filled Cubano and the beef empanadas with jalapeño cilantro sauce are two savory options. To cure one’s sweet tooth, a slice of banana chocolate cake is the way to go.

Batchelor concluded, “The Havana Cocktail Bar is an opportunity for Dream Nashville to showcase our team's creative cocktail and culinary program in an elevated spring, tropical-inspired bar.”
