PITTSFORD, N.Y. (AP) — PITTSFORD, N.Y. (AP) — Gannett Co., Inc. (GCI) on Thursday reported a loss of $7.3 million in its first quarter.

On a per-share basis, the Pittsford, New York-based company said it had a loss of 5 cents. Losses, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to 9 cents per share.

The newspaper company posted revenue of $571.6 million in the period.
