BERLIN, Feb 21 (Reuters) - A top official from the International Monetary Fund warned against over-reactions to the plans of U.S. President Donald Trump's administration on Tuesday.
"We should all be calm and wait and see," David Lipton, first deputy managing director of the IMF, told reporters in Berlin.
