Nexa Resources Announces Redemption of Its 5.375% Notes Due 2027

Luxembourg, Luxembourg--(Newsfile Corp. - April 23, 2025) - Nexa Resources S.A. (NYSE: NEXA) ("Nexa Resources", "Nexa" or the "Company") announces today that it has notified the holders of its 5.375% Senior Notes due 2027 (CUSIP No. P98118 AA3/91832C AA4) (the "2027 Notes") of its election to redeem all the US$110,509,000.00 outstanding 2027 Notes, in accordance with the terms of the Indenture governing the 2027 Notes.

The 2027 Notes will be redeemed on May 23, 2025 (the "Redemption Date") at a redemption price equal to the greater of (1) 100% of the principal amount of such 2027 Notes; and (2) the sum of the present values of the remaining scheduled payments of principal and interest thereon (inclusive of interest accrued to the Redemption Date), discounted to the Redemption Date on a semi-annual basis (assuming a 360-day year consisting of twelve 30-day months) at the Treasury Rate plus 50 basis points, plus, in the case of clause (1) only, any accrued and unpaid interest on the principal amount of such Notes to, but excluding, the Redemption Date.
