(the “Company”) (Nasdaq: OPRX), a leading provider of healthcare technology solutions helping life sciences companies reach and engage healthcare professionals (HCPs) and patients, today confirmed that it has received a purported notice of nominations from a stockholder, Whetstone Capital Advisors, LLC, regarding its intention to nominate two candidates for election to the OptimizeRx Board of Directors at the Company’s 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
The OptimizeRx Board of Directors will make its formal recommendation regarding director nominations in the Company’s definitive proxy statement which will be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission and mailed to stockholders eligible to vote at the Company’s 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, which has not yet been scheduled.
