Ronto to Hold Open House Event at Infinity High-Rise Sales Center

The Ronto Group will be hosting an Open House at its Infinity on-site Sales Center at The Colony in Pelican Landing in Bonita Springs this coming Saturday, April 23rd, and Sunday, April 24th.
The Ronto Group announced it will be hosting an Open House at its Infinity on-site Sales Center at The Colony in Pelican Landing in Bonita Springs this coming Saturday, April 23rd, and Sunday, April 24th. The public is invited to visit the new Sales Center from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, and noon to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday. Just 19 reservation opportunities are currently available at Infinity, a new luxury high-rise to be built by the award-winning developer in partnership with Wheelock Street Capital. The 22-story tower will include 96 residences ranging from 3,075 to 4,020 square feet. Five spacious floor plan choices are included in the Infinity offering. To date, Ronto has processed 67 reservations worth nearly $186,000,000 and 70% of the building has been reserved. Pre-construction pricing for the tower’s available residences ranges from $2,245,000 to $4,350,000. The Colony is situated just west of Highway 41 on the waters of Estero Bay. Infinity is the first of two high-rises Ronto will be building within the gated Colony community and will be the first new high-rise built at The Colony in six years.
Infinity’s open concept floor plans feature three bedrooms plus a den with three and a half baths or four bedrooms plus a den with four and a half baths. The south and west facing 01-residences offer 3,890 square feet under air with four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, and a den that provides an ideal setting for work, reading, or television viewing. A private elevator lobby opens to an interior foyer that leads to a gourmet island kitchen that features an undercounter wine cooler, the grand salon, and a large dining area. The two large guest bedrooms include private bathrooms and open to a northeast facing terrace. Five 02-residences currently priced from $2,245,000 to $3,290,000 are available for reservation.
The three bedroom plus den, three-and-a-half bath 03-floor plan also includes 3,280 square feet under air and a 795 square foot west facing terrace. A private elevator lobby and interior foyer are also featured. The grand salon, dining area, and owner’s bedroom open to the terrace. An island kitchen features an undercounter wine cooler. A walk-in pantry is also included. The owner’s suite includes a walk-in wardrobe space, and a bathroom with separate water closets, separate vanities, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. The guest bedrooms feature walk-in closets, private bathrooms, and open to a terrace with a southeastern exposure. Five remaining 03-residences range from $2,245,000 to $3,250,000.
The 04-residence includes a massive 780 square-foot west facing terrace, a private elevator lobby, and an elegant foyer that leads to the living areas. All three of the plan’s bedrooms and the grand salon and dining area open to the terrace. The 3,075 square feet under air plan also features three-and-a-half baths and a den. With 4,020 square feet under air, the 05-plan is the largest Infinity floor plan. The four bedroom plus den, four-and-a-half bath plan also showcases a 950 square-foot west and northwest facing terrace that wraps around the northern corner of the building. The amenities will be expanded to include second nine-hole putting course and a dog park during construction of the second high-rise.
In addition to the long list of amenities available at Infinity, Colony residents will also have access to the exclusive Pelican Landing Beach Park on Big Hickory Island, the Pelican Landing Community Center and Fitness Center, The Pelican Landing Tennis Center, pickleball courts, a kayak facility, a sailing facility, and bocce ball courts. Additionally, Colony residents will have access to a kayak park on Estero Bay that is located within the gates of The Colony, as well as access to The Bay Club, a private, residents only dining facility on Estero Bay. An exclusive golf and country club is located within the gates of The Colony. Membership opportunities are available for an additional fee. The Colony Golf & Country Club features an 18-hole golf course designed by Jerry Pate, as well as a clubhouse offering formal and casual dining, a golf shop, a spa and fitness center, and tennis facilities.
Coconut Point shopping center is located just 1.5 miles from the entrance of The Colony and features a variety of shopping and dining options.
