RIYADH, April 8 (Reuters) - Saudi Arabia's public prosecutor has begun investigations and opening arguments in corruption cases for suspects who did not settle with the government during their detention, an official told pan-Arab newspaper Al Sharq Al Awsat on Sunday.
Saud al-Hamad, deputy attorney general for investigations, said whoever is charged will be referred for prosecution to court for cases related to money laundering or terrorism.
