Good afternoon, my name is Chris, and I will be your conference operator today. St this time I would like to welcome everyone to Starbucks Coffee Company's second-quarter fiscal year 2018 earnings conference call. [Operator instructions] I will now turn the call over to Tom Shaw, vice president, investor relations. Mr.

Good afternoon, everyone, and thanks for joining us today to discuss our second quarter results for fiscal 2018. Today's discussion will be led by Kevin Johnson, president and CEO; Roz Brewer, group president, Americas and chief operating officer; and Scott Maw, CFO. For Q&A, we'll be joined by Cliff Burrows, group president, Siren retail; John Culver, group president, international and channels; and Matt Ryan, global chief strategy officer.This conference call will include forward-looking statements, which are subject to various risks and uncertainties that could cause our actual results to differ materially from these statements.
