The Board of Directors of Statkraft SF has approved the final 2016 financial statements for the Statkraft SF Group. Please find attached the approved 2016 annual results for Statkraft SF in Norwegian.
Statkraft SF`s objective is to own all shares and provide loans to Statkraft AS. Statkraft SF`s consolidated accounts will, with the exception of limited items, be identical to the consolidated accounts for the sub-group Statkraft AS. For financial information in English, please see reported fourth quarter and annual results for 2016 for Statkraft AS. Statkraft SF`s Annual Report and the Report from the Board of Directors for 2016 will be disclosed 2 March 2017.
