World Affairs Council to host discussion on global supply chains

Apr. 17—The World Affairs Council of New Hampshire will host a panel discussion titled "Global Tipping Points" on the challenges and solutions for global supply chains at 6 p.m. Tuesday.

The event will take place at the Mara Auditorium at Southern New Hampshire University, 2500 N. River Road or online.

Global supply chains "have created a diverse set of opportunities in world markets, which has led to an explosion of goods being readily available to most consumers," a news release reads. The "complex systems" have been stretched thin during the huge increase in purchases since the start of the pandemic, according to the release.

The panel will feature Cara Burzynski, president of AeroDynamics and Brendan Stover, president of SVT Supply Chain Solution.

The World Affairs Council of New Hampshire is a nonprofit, non-partisan organization that helps the people of the Granite State deepen their understanding of global issues.
