Nasdaq, Dow, S&P 500 close week lower ahead of US-China talks

The Dow Jones Industrial Average (^DJI) fell by 0.29% while the Nasdaq Composite (^IXIC) and S&P 500 (^GSPC) closed Friday's session largely flat.
