Management Information

Serena Perin Vinton is a senior vice president and portfolio manager with Franklin Equity Group and portfolio manager of Franklin Growth Fund strategies. She is also the ESG Ambassador for the Franklin Equity Group and sits on the Stewardship and Sustainability Council for Franklin Templeton. Ms. Perin Vinton joined Franklin Templeton in 1991. She served as an analyst and portfolio manager in the international fixed-income group before joining the Franklin Equity Group in 1995. Her prior equity research responsibilities include analysis of the consumer products and household goods, specialty retail, apparel/footwear/textiles, paper and forest products, building materials and steel industries. Prior to joining Franklin Templeton, Ms. Perin Vinton worked as a research assistant for a British member of Parliament in London. Ms. Perin Vinton earned her B.A. in business economics from Brown University. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute. Ms. Perin Vinton is a Trustee of the Scholarship Fund for the University Club of Palo Alto, and serves on the Philips Academy Andover Development Board. Ms. Perin Vinton was recognized by the San Francisco Business Times' as one of the Most Influential Women in Bay Area Business for 2015
