Under normal market conditions, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in dividend paying stocks. In addition to seeking out stocks that pay a dividend, the fund will focus on stocks that the portfolio manager believes are well positioned to increase their dividend over the long term. The fund's assets will be invested primarily in a broad range of readily marketable equity securities consisting primarily of common stocks. It may invest up to 40% of its total assets in equity securities of non-U.S. issuers.

Management Information

Mr. Justin Bergner, CFA, has been a portfolio manager. He is currently a portfolio manager for Gabelli Funds, LLC and a Vice President at Gabelli & Company, having rejoined Gabelli & Company in June 2013 as a research analyst covering Diversified Industrials, Home Improvement, and Transport companies. He began his investment career at Gabelli & Company in 2005 as a metals and mining analyst, and subsequently spent five years at Axiom International Investors as a senior analyst focused on industrial and healthcare stocks. Before entering the investment profession, Justin worked in management consulting at both Bain & Company and Dean & Company. Justin graduated cum laude from Yale University with a B.A. in Economics & Mathematics and received an M.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from Wharton Business School.
