The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in a select portfolio of equity securities of established companies that are domiciled in various countries throughout the world, excluding the U.S. It typically invests in securities of issuers from at least six or more non-U.S. countries and at least eight industries. Under normal market conditions, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities, without regard to market capitalization. It is non-diversified.

Cassandra A. Hardman, Lead Manager since January 01, 2020
CIO of Intl and Global Strategies, CEO, PM Cassandra joined the firm in 1997 and is Lead Portfolio Manager for the International and Global strategies. In addition, Cassandra serves as the firm's Chief Investment Officer and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining the firm, Cassandra was Managing Director and Principal at PCM International, Inc., an affiliate of Prudential Financial, Inc. She has spent her entire career focused on international equity markets, managing separate and commingled institutional accounts. Cassandra is a shareholder in the firm. Cassandra has a BA in Economics and an MBA in Finance from Rutgers University, and is a member of the CFA Society New York.
