The investment seeks to provide growth of capital. The fund seeks to achieve its objective by investing primarily in common stocks of U.S. and foreign companies that the manager believes are competitively well-positioned, gaining market share, have the potential for long-term growth and/or operate in regions or countries that the manager believes possess attractive growth characteristics. It primarily invests in issuers of developed countries, including the U.S., although the fund has the ability to invest in issuers domiciled in or doing business in any country or region around the globe, including emerging markets.

F. Chace Brundige, Lead Manager since November 15, 2021
Mr. Brundige joined Ivy Investment Management Company as an assistant portfolio manager for the Large Cap Growth equity team, and became a portfolio manager in Feb. 2006. He is Senior Vice President of IICO, Vice President of the Trust, and Vice President of and portfolio manager for other investment companies for which IICO serves as investment manager. Mr. Brundige holds a BS degree in Finance from Kansas State University, and has earned an MBA with an emphasis in Finance and Accounting from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. Mr. Brundige is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
