The company distributes footwear through a network of distributors and licensees, who sell its products to department, athletic and specialty, and digital stores, as well as in Skechers-branded retail stores. Skechers U.S.A., Inc. was incorporated in 1992 and is headquartered in Manhattan Beach, California.
