It's time for Yahoo! Finance's market minute. Wall Street digesting developments in U.S. and China trade talks. That's after a phone call between Trump and G. Tesla shares hitting session lows. That's amid tensions between Musk and President Trump. Elon Musk first taking aim at the tax bill on X, saying to kill the bill. Trump later making remarks in the Oval Office that he is disappointed in Musk's bashing of that tax bill. Musk then making an apparent response to Trump's comments, saying in a social media post quote "Whatever." and adding on that either you get a big and ugly bill or a slim and beautiful bill, and that slim and beautiful is the way. Switching to Costco, those shares under pressure after reporting lackluster May sales. The warehouse retailer saw comparable sales growth of 4.3% during the month.
